Digital products

Most Hook Code products are digital and are delivered electronically. After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital products through download links, account access, email delivery or other digital fulfilment methods.

Digital products are typically delivered immediately, although occasional delays may occur due to payment processing or technical issues. If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@hookcode.co.

Physical products

Certain products sold through Hook Code may be fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. Physical products are made to order and generally require:

  • Production time: 2โ€“7 business days
  • Shipping time: varies depending on destination and carrier

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Customers will receive tracking information when available.

International shipping

We currently sell to customers worldwide where shipping services are available. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we strive to deliver products promptly, Hook Code is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@hookcode.co. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
