Digital products

Hook Code products include digital downloads, templates, guides, prompts, systems, educational resources, and other downloadable content.

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@hookcode.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Physical products

Certain products sold through Hook Code may be fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@hookcode.co with photographs of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable content
  • Online courses
  • Templates
  • AI prompt libraries
  • Educational resources
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical products, exchanges may be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfilment errors.

European Union customers

If physical merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have certain statutory rights under local consumer protection laws. These rights apply only where required by law and do not override the non-refundable nature of digital products once access has been provided.
