What does "earn again for up to 24 months" actually mean?
When a new customer makes their first eligible attributed purchase through you, eligible future purchases from that customer may continue earning 15% commission for up to 24 months from that first order. The 24-month period is separate from the initial 90-day browser tracking window, does not renew or restart after another purchase, and remains subject to tracking and the Partner Program Terms. It is not lifetime commission or subscription income.
How long does the initial referral tracking last?
The initial browser tracking period is 90 days, subject to cookies, browser settings, device changes and the final Partner Program Terms. The 24-month customer connection is separate and begins once a customer is attributed to you on their first eligible order.
When are commissions paid?
Eligible commissions complete a 30-day review period. Payments are then made monthly by PayPal on the last business day of the month, once the approved balance reaches the US$50 minimum payout. Commission is calculated after discounts; shipping and taxes are excluded; refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are not commissionable.
What is a Hook Code Partner Leader?
A Partner Leader is an approved Partner selected by Hook Code for an invitation-only leadership role. Leaders keep their full 15% on personal eligible sales and may earn an additional 5% on eligible sales generated by Partners they directly introduce. One direct level only.
Can I apply directly to become a Partner Leader?
No. Apply once as a standard Hook Code Partner. Partner Leader access is considered separately and is never automatic or guaranteed — it is earned through performance, professionalism, integrity and brand alignment.
How many Partner levels can a Leader earn from?
One direct level only. The 5% Leader reward applies only to eligible sales generated by Partners the Leader directly introduces. It does not continue into deeper levels.
What does Founding Partner mean?
Founding Partner identifies an approved member of Hook Code's initial Partner launch intake. It does not provide shares, equity, ownership, employment, exclusivity or authority to act on behalf of Hook Code.
